Peter began his career at CINTAS in Boston, MA, where he underwent rigorous service training, developing the foundational skills that would propel his career forward. He later joined Image First, where he excelled at building strong client partnerships and delivering customized solutions. Over the past 15 years, Peter rose to prominence as Service Director for the Northeast, mastering sales strategies, customer service excellence, and team development.
In his new position as District Manager at IML, Peter will oversee a team of route-based locksmiths and field technicians, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His responsibilities include project management, team mentorship, and driving business growth within the security and glass industries. Peter’s leadership style is rooted in fostering collaboration, enhancing technical expertise, and building strong relationships with customers and employees alike.
